ISRO AND CONSPIRACIES

We always say that ISRO is lagging behind NASA ,NASA is dark horse of space race ,and bla bla bla.But we never think of it why we are lagging behind.
It's a matter of interest .As your friend I will show you what makes ISRO lagging behind.W e say In 21 st century ISRO has became  power house but imagine  how it feels if I say this can be achieved 20 years ago.Yes my friends ,ISRO was capable of doing so many greatfull missions early,but some inner and outer forces ruined glory of ISRO.Some conspiracies took place,I will explain all.
